How long is the whole program?
Typically any given program will last between two-and-a-half and three hours. This is made up of 5 – 8 short films, between 5 minutes and 50 minutes long, with an intermission half way through. Check back in January to get a better idea of how long each film will be.
Are the films going to be the same for each program?
Each program will have different films being screened. Check back in January to see the line-up being offered this year.
What if I'm late?
The BCMFF World Tour is organized by volunteers who want to watch the films as well. Once the films start we lock the front doors, so try not to be late! However we try to have a person keeping their eye on the front from time to time.
Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and people usually start lining up outside the theatre 30 minutes before the doors open – so get there early!
Do you offer ticket refunds?
Tickets may be refunded through the cinema up to 24 hours prior the show time. Please contact their customer support for more information. Refunds will not be given at the door.
Is the event child friendly?
Yes, all persons attending are required to have a valid ticket. Some films to contain coarse language or adult content themes. The venue is licensed and will be offering alcohol for purchase to patrons.
